Cancellation Policy

   

   We understand that schedules can change.

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable.

• Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

• If Juice To Ya Mood Therapy must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or full refund.
