Fresh Juice & Food Safety Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

At Juice To Ya Mood Therapy, freshness, quality, and responsible handling are important parts of our juice experience. Our juices are prepared fresh and are perishable products that require proper refrigeration and handling.

Keep Refrigerated

Fresh juices should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and maintained at a safe refrigerated temperature.

Do not leave fresh juice sitting in direct sunlight, inside a warm vehicle, outdoors in warm temperatures, or in other environments where appropriate refrigeration cannot be maintained.

Freshness & Consumption

Because our products are made with fresh ingredients and are intended to be enjoyed fresh, customers should follow the storage instructions, use-by date, and consumption guidance provided with their order or displayed on the product label.

Always inspect your juice before consumption.

Do not consume a product if:

·        The seal appears damaged or compromised.

·        The bottle appears unusually swollen or damaged.

·        The product has been improperly stored.

·        The product has been left unrefrigerated beyond appropriate food-safety limits.

·        The juice develops an unusual odor, appearance, or other signs of spoilage.

When in doubt, discard the product.

Fresh & Perishable Products

Juice To Ya Mood Therapy products are perishable. Once an order has been delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for following the provided storage and handling instructions.

Improper refrigeration or handling after delivery or pickup may affect product quality and safety.

Transportation

When transporting fresh juices, customers should minimize the amount of time products remain outside proper refrigeration. For longer transportation periods, an insulated cooler or other appropriate cold-storage method is recommended.

Special Considerations

Fresh juice may not be appropriate for every individual. People who are pregnant, older adults, young children, individuals with weakened immune systems, or individuals who have medical concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding consumption of unpasteurized or untreated juice.

Food Safety Responsibility

Juice To Ya Mood Therapy follows applicable food preparation and handling practices within the scope of its operations. Customers share responsibility for maintaining proper refrigeration, storage, handling, and consumption of products after delivery or pickup.

Please follow all product-specific instructions provided with your order.
