Your Cleanse Preparation Protocol guides you through the two days leading up to your cleanse, with recommendations for nutrition, hydration, foods to limit, whole-food choices, rest, and preparation. Your Menstrual Movement & Exercise Plan provides gentle, cycle-conscious movement recommendations to complement your cleanse. The plan includes low-impact activities such as walking, light cycling, stretching, mobility exercises, and yoga, with guidance for adjusting your activity based on your comfort, energy level, and menstrual symptoms.
